Active Lesion Prediction with Deep Learning
In this work I leveraged a multi-layer perceptron to generate synthetic brain MR images. Intravenous contrast enhancement is the current state of the art method for defining active lesions in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) brain MRI. Patients are undergo repetitive scanning during treatment of MS. The novalty of this solution is that we present an alternative method for enhancing MR images while current methods aim to miminize contrast.
